SUBLIMATION

Sublimation is an innovative process that was developed for the imaging or decoration of man made fibres via a transfer system. Sublimation dyes are printed in reverse (face down) onto paper in sheet form by using offset screen or digital printing. Anything that can be printed onto paper including high quality 4-colour process can take the decoration process way beyond normal textile printing limitations.

Fine detail and vivid colours can be achieved. The process is especially suitable for all over prints on any white fabric that has a minimum content of 80% man made fibre. The applications are endless – Fashion wear, bicycle wear, soccer and football garments.
